Speed up your android device by tweaking Kernel Adiutor(root) settings

Hello readers, today I'm going to share with you the most powerful root app named Kernel Adiutor.
I have been using for very long and have experimented it with different combinations of settings and have found out that the best possible settings which would definitely empower your device to get the best performance with decent battery life. These settings are universal in any android smartphone and hence can be modified with ease.
By tweaking it as follows you will notice a significant improvement in app launch time and also while multi-tasking. Let's dive into it.

Requirements:

  • Root privilege
  • Android smartphone
  • Little knowledge of tweaking and customizing.
Steps:
  • After successfully installing the "Kernel Adiutor" via play store.
  • Swipe from the left edge to see a list of options and hit I/O Scheduler.

Change the values and entries as follows:
INTERNAL STORAGE
Scheduler--------------------noop
Read-ahead----------------2048kb
Rotational Storage---------ON
I/O Stats---------------------OFF
Add Random----------------ON
RQ Affinity------------------2

EXTERNAL STORAGE
Scheduler--------------------noop
Read-ahead----------------2048kb
Rotational Storage---------ON
I/O Stats---------------------OFF
Add Random----------------ON
RQ Affinity------------------2


  • After that tick "Apply on boot"
  • Then go into Low Memory Killer and click on Aggressive.
  • If you have Adaptive Low Memory Killer option, enable it otherwise leave it.
  • Tick "Apply on boot"
  • Go to Entropy settings
Set as following:
Read----------------------256
Write---------------------512

  • Tick "Apply on boot"
  • After that go to settings from options and just click on Script.
  • And that's all. Restart your device to apply settings immediately.
